The Rob Foundation Uganda

Since 2007 she has been working at the orphanage Noah’s Ark for several months a year (http://www.nacmu.org/nl). It is here that she has lost her heart to the people there, especially the children.
September 2008 she started with her study of medicine at the University of Groningen. Meanwhile she is in her last year and is doing her internships at the Mulago Hospital in the capital of Uganda, Kampala.
In collaboration with other organizations Tamar will visit a number of villages regularly. A team of skilled staff will be used, composed of members operating various disciplines within healthcare. It will be created per project and the outreach will determine the composition of the team to aim for the optimal team for a current problem.

Junior Asset Management Professional at APG Asset Management with a history in Real Estate Fund Management, specifically healthcare real estate. He graduated as a commercial pilot, holds a BSc in International Business, a MSc in Strategic corporate Finance and a MSc in Sustainable Finance. He first started working in healthcare as data analyst for Alana Healthcare, a healthcare facility in the United States. He has a passion for Sustainable Finance, Responsible Investment and Effective Altruism.

Secretary: Sylvia Goossens
Senior advisor at “Stichting Carmelcollege”. Since 1987 she has worked within this organization in different capacities: teacher of philosophy, guidance counselor, and she was team leader at one of the school that belongs to this organization: the “Twickelcollege”. Since 2009 she has been working at the management office. In this function she advices school leaders, amongst other on missions- statements, HR-issues. Besides that she has the issues ‘Value-oriented Learning’ and ‘The Second Fase’ in her portfolio..

Treasurer: Jan Jurriaan Schokking
Between 1975 and 1989 he worked for the city/municipal police in Amsterdam and Hengelo and from 1989 until 2002 he occupied a variety of positions at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg. Between 2002 until 2009 he worked as Executive assistant to the president of Robhar Investment ltd. in Canada. From 2010 until 2016 he was co-owner of “Bieleman Bathmen, Groen- & Grondwerk” and president of the entrepreneur organization of Bathmen. Between

Board member: Jos Fleskes
Director of Regional Expertise Center East Netherlands and director “REC 4-4” in Utrecht, ‘t Gooi and West-Veluwe. The competent authority at Almata education youth services plus in Den Dolder and Ossendrecht.
He has been working in healthcare for nearly 30 years as a manager in different sectors. He was city council member for the city of Deventer where he held the portfolio healthcare.

Competences of the board:
The competences of the board are established in the constitution of TRF. If requested these regulations can be obtained via a written request to the secretary.
Remuneration of the board:
In accordance with the constitution of TRF, the board members do not receive any compensation.
