Tamar blogs: TRF classified as a charitable organization
The tax inspector has accorded our organization “the Rob Foundation” the charitable status (ANBI). This decision is retroactive, until our establishment on January 17, 2014.
There are a couple of fiscal advantages to this “ANBI” status:
- An ANBI does not have to pay inheritance of gift tax that we receive.
- When an organization has this ANBI status, the donor can deduct his donation from income- or corporate tax.
